How much is shipping?
Standard shipping is free on orders over $60 AUD. Below that, shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location.
How long does delivery take?
Most orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days. Delivery times vary by location and are shown at checkout — see our Shipping & Returns page for full details.
Do you ship outside Australia?
We currently ship within Australia. Email us at hello@glowup-co.com if you'd like us to notify you when international shipping opens.

Is the Face Sculptor really electric?
Yes — it's a single electric tool that combines gua sha technique with gentle powered massage, available in white, silvery or pink. It's waterproof and easy to rinse clean.
Is the jade real?
Yes. The Jade Ritual roller and gua sha board are cut from natural jade stone, with gold-toned metal hardware. Because it's natural stone, each piece varies slightly in colour — yours is one of a kind.
How do I use gua sha without hurting my skin?
Always use it over a serum or facial oil, keep the pressure light, and glide upward and outward. Five minutes a day is plenty. Each product page includes usage guidance.
Are the patches safe for sensitive skin?
Both the Eye Renewal hydrogel patches and Clear Skin hydrocolloid patches are drug-free and non-irritating. If you have a known skin condition, patch-test first or check with your GP or dermatologist.
Returns & refunds
What's your returns policy?
Unopened products can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund. If anything arrives faulty or not as described, you're entitled to a remedy under Australian Consumer Law — always, no exceptions. Full details on our Shipping & Returns page.

Why do some products have no reviews?
We only publish verified reviews from real customers. We're a young brand — as real orders come in, real reviews will follow. We will never buy, invent or filter reviews.
