- Free standard shipping on all orders over $60 AUD.
- Orders under $60 ship at the rate calculated at checkout for your address.
- Most orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days. Estimated delivery times for your location are shown at checkout and in your confirmation email.
- You'll receive tracking by email as soon as your order ships.
Returns
Change of mind
Unopened products in original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. Email hello@glowup-co.com with your order number to start a return. Return postage for change-of-mind returns is at your cost.
For hygiene reasons we can't accept change-of-mind returns on opened skin-contact products (eye patches and acne patches).
Faulty or not as described
If anything arrives damaged, faulty, or not matching its description, you're entitled to a replacement or refund under Australian Consumer Law — this applies regardless of the 30-day window and nothing in this policy limits those rights. Email us a photo and your order number and we'll make it right, including return postage.
Refund processing
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3 business days of us receiving the return (or immediately for approved faulty-item claims). Your bank may take a few extra days to show the credit.
